Nature of work
Logistics and communication:
- Organization of transport (import and export) and search for carriers.
- Continuous communication with the CFMOTO factory and warehouse.
- Preparation of documents, tracking and adjustment of shipments.
- Entering import documents and goods data into the system.
- Translation into Lithuanian.
- Complete documentation collection and entering purchase operations into the system.
- Cooperation with customs / intermediaries, provision of necessary documentation.
- Assistance and search for documents during customs inspections.
- Coordination of container acceptance and resolution of discrepancies (with the factory and warehouse).
- Collection, sorting, scanning and accounting of technical certificates.
- LSTA monitoring - validity and renewal of certificates.
- Assistance in carrying out production operations.
Employee requirements
- Experience in logistics, import/export procedures or customs document management (advantage)
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to work with confidential information and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of English.
- Logical, process-oriented thinking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
