Procurement Department Coordinator/Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized supply department coordinator who would ensure smooth management of transport, equipment, materials and warehouse processes and coordinate the supply chain at construction sites.

Main responsibilities:

Organize and ensure smooth operation of vehicles and construction equipment (repairs, maintenance, rental, purchases, maintenance);

Carry out fleet control: cost analysis, fuel consumption, GPS tracking, administration of insurance events and fines;

Ensure timely supply of materials, equipment and spare parts to construction sites;

Analyze site needs, plan resources and manage supply;

Monitor supplier base, conduct market analysis and maintain relations with partners;

Control incoming invoices;

Organize warehouse work: inventory, asset accounting, ensuring order;

Coordinate the rental/sale/purchase of construction equipment;

Organize the work of subordinate employees, control the supply department and the company's economy

At least 5 years of experience in supply, logistics or construction is required;

Ability to organize processes and work on several projects simultaneously;

Analytical thinking and responsibility;

Good communication and negotiation skills;

Computer literacy;

Russian is required.
