YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organization of supply processes: timely submission of orders to suppliers, ensuring delivery, receipt and management of discrepancies.
  • Centralized inventory management: maintaining optimal balances in the central, satellite warehouses and stores.
  • Planning and forecasting: preparing sales forecasts and planning the demand for goods/packaging for special projects (e.g., production, repackaging).
  • Team management: organizing the work of employees, distributing tasks, motivating and supervising their activities.
  • Cross-functional cooperation: effective communication with other departments in solving supply chain challenges.

WE HOPE YOU:

  • Have successful experience in supply chain, purchasing or team management.
  • Have strong analytical skills and are able to work with large amounts of data.
  • Have experience working with StockM or similar inventory management systems.
  • Understand the principles of centralized inventory management.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
