We are looking for a SUPPLY MANAGER who can present their achievements in numbers.
YOUR MISSION:
Ensure smooth and reliable operation of the supply chain - from suppliers and raw materials to inventory, warehouse and planning.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- You will ensure that raw materials are in place when they are needed for production – without unnecessary stops, excess inventory or last-minute fires;
- You will connect supply, production and sales into one working system – you will not only transfer information, but also help make decisions when interests or priorities diverge;
- You will lead a 3-person supply team – you will clearly allocate responsibilities, develop people, raise the bar and build a team that is able to act independently;
- You will manage inventory and warehouse efficiency – you will look for ways to better use space, reduce excess inventory and at the same time maintain supply reliability;
- You will conduct negotiations with suppliers – from everyday commercial issues to complex situations that require a strong position, arguments and the ability to achieve a result. Negotiations in English will also be part of your job;
- Make decisions in rapidly changing situations – not only identify the problem, but also propose specific solutions and take responsibility for the chosen direction;
- Be data-driven – monitor supply, inventory and supplier indicators, see trends and initiate changes that improve the result;
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of supply processes to reduce manual work, increase clarity and make decisions faster;
YOU ARE THE RIGHT ONE FOR US IF:
- You have at least 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing or supply/warehouse environment;
- You are a results-oriented person – you like clarity, pace and responsibility;
- You are able to lead firmly but constructively: raise the standard, develop people and maintain a respectful relationship;
- You make decisions based on data and KPIs, not just intuition;
- You are independent, proactive and do not wait for problems to solve themselves.
