Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team and contribute to the creation of efficient supply processes. In this position, you will have the opportunity not only to coordinate important operational processes, but also to initiate changes, implement your ideas and grow together as an ambitious company.
Main responsibilities:

- planning, coordination and streamlining of supply chain processes;
- analysis of product inventories, demand forecasting and order management;
- smooth cooperation with suppliers, partners and internal teams;
- quality, deadline and cost control of supply processes;
- process optimization, decision initiation and implementation;
- organization, motivation and development of team work;
- analysis of supply performance indicators and submission of proposals to improve business efficiency;
- supervision and efficiency assurance of external logistics processes.
We hope that:
- have successful work experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing or inventory management;
- are able to think strategically and make data-based decisions;
- have experience in managing processes and implementing changes;
- have strong communication and negotiation skills;
- are able to effectively organize teamwork;
- are proactive, focused on results and continuous improvement;
- have good English skills.
