UAB "GTV Group" is looking for a strong, commercially oriented Supply Chain Manager who would take responsibility for the company's supply strategy, development of new supply channels and creation of better purchasing conditions.
In this position, we are looking for a Supply Chain Development Leader - someone who is able to discover new markets, suppliers and purchasing opportunities, conduct complex negotiations, assess the profitability of transactions and make data-based decisions.

Primary responsibilities
- To form and implement the company's supply strategy.
- To search for supply channels for cars, new and used parts and other goods.
- To expand the network of suppliers, auctions, partners and alternative sources of purchase in Lithuania and abroad.
- To assess the commercial potential, risks and profitability of new markets, suppliers and purchase channels.
- To conduct strategic negotiations on prices, payment terms, crediting, guarantees, return conditions and long-term cooperation.
- To develop, implement and improve a data-based procurement formula.
- To set supply priorities according to sales plans, market situation and analytical data.
- To plan the supply budget and control the efficiency of its use.
- To analyze the cost of purchases, margin, turnover of goods and return on investment.
- To set supply KPIs, monitor their implementation and initiate actions to improve results.
- Lead the supply department
- Create a clear structure, responsibilities and decision-making principles for the supply department.
- Collaborate with sales, analytics, production, transport and finance teams.
- Regularly present supply results, risks and development opportunities to the company's management.
What are we hoping for
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in the field of supply, procurement, commerce or supply chain.
- Experience in finding new suppliers, developing supply channels and expanding the partner network.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Ability to assess not only the purchase price, but also the overall profitability, risk and payback of the transaction.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on data.
- Experience in planning budgets, managing KPIs and assessing procurement efficiency.
- Ability to form a team, delegate responsibilities and develop employees.
- Independence, initiative and orientation towards tangible business results.
- Practical project and change management skills.
- Good knowledge of English, at least B2 level.
- Higher education. Logistics, supply chain, management, economics or business fields would be an advantage.
We will consider it an advantage
- Experience in the automotive, automotive parts, retail or manufacturing sector.
- Experience working with international suppliers, auctions or wholesale channels.
- Knowledge of foreign markets and existing network of suppliers or partners.
- Experience in developing a supply function or redesigning procurement processes.
- Experience in implementing procurement planning, supplier evaluation or analytics systems.
