Nature of work:
- Ensure uninterrupted and timely supply of raw materials for production;
- Coordinate cooperation between supply, production and sales departments, ensuring smooth operation of processes;
- Lead the supply team (3 employees), plan work, develop competencies and ensure high performance standards;
- Organize and improve warehouse management processes, effectively managing inventory and storage spaces;
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers, create long-term partnerships and ensure the most favorable conditions for cooperation for the company;
- Analyze performance indicators (KPI), make data-based decisions and initiate process improvement;
- Contribute to the digitalization of supply chain and warehouse processes and operational efficiency;
- If necessary, replace the production manager and ensure uninterrupted organization of production processes.
We hope that you:
- You have at least 3 years of successful management experience in a manufacturing company, managing supply chain, procurement, logistics or warehouse activities;
- You have led a team, are able to motivate employees, delegate responsibilities, develop competencies and ensure high performance standards;
- You are well versed in the principles of supply chain management, inventory planning and process efficiency in a manufacturing environment;
- You are able to analyze performance indicators (KPI), make data-based decisions and initiate changes that create real value for the business;
- You have strong negotiation skills and are able to build long-term cooperation with suppliers, ensuring the best conditions for the company;
- You are able to make decisions quickly, maintain priorities and effectively solve complex situations in a dynamic manufacturing environment;
- You are distinguished by leadership, analytical thinking, responsibility and the ability to mobilize a team for a common result;
- You strive for continuous process improvement, are interested in efficiency-enhancing solutions and are not afraid to initiate changes;
- You value open communication, take responsibility for your decisions and are able to substantiate your position with arguments;
- You are focused on long-term results, not short-term solutions, and want to contribute to the growth of the organization as one of the key leaders.
The company offers:
- Ability to choose working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.;
