Delivery Manager

Procurement Strategy and Supplier Management

• Implement, review and continuously improve the procurement strategy, taking into account the company's goals;
• Search for and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate prices, payment terms and other commercial terms;
• Analyze procurement results, identify optimization opportunities and strive for the best balance of price, quality and supply reliability;
• Ensure smooth cooperation with suppliers and manage supply-related risks.

Inventory and Assortment Management

• Optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability and reduce excess inventory;
• Analyze sales trends, product movement and demand, make data-based decisions on order and assortment management;
• Improve inventory planning processes to use working capital more efficiently;
• Identify slow-moving goods and initiate solutions to reduce inventory losses.

Warehouse Operations and Team Management

• Lead the procurement and warehouse teams, clearly assign responsibilities, delegate tasks and develop employees;
• Increase warehouse efficiency, optimize goods movement, space utilization and operating costs;
• Ensure smooth cooperation between procurement, inventory management and warehouse processes;
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor results and initiate performance improvement actions.

Process Improvement, Automation and AI

• Look for opportunities to reduce manual work, errors and redundant actions;
• Initiate solutions for digitizing and automating supply chain and warehouse processes;
• Analyze the application of artificial intelligence in inventory planning, data analysis and daily operations;
• You will ensure that the solutions you implement create tangible benefits and help you make faster, more accurate decisions.
