Your job:
- Preparation and implementation of the procurement plan and budget.
- Management, analysis and forecasting of production inventory balances.
- Development and optimization of raw material purchasing, transportation and warehousing processes.
- Search for new suppliers, evaluation of existing suppliers, negotiations on prices, quality and delivery terms.
- Conclusion of supply contracts and control of their implementation, including compliance with agreed prices.
- Search for cost saving opportunities throughout the supply chain.
- Organization of the work of supply managers and warehouse manager.
We expect from you:
- Higher education or higher.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in the field of supply, logistics or production planning.
- Knowledge of production inventory management and purchasing processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- English language skills at least B2 level.
- Good skills in working with MS Excel and AI tools.
- Analytical thinking, independence and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team and motivate employees.
