We are looking for a Procurement Manager who would see not only the order or supplier, but the entire chain - from the right product and the best purchase conditions to safe and timely delivery.
This is a position for someone who is interested not only in "ordering", but also in understanding how much, when, from whom and under what conditions to buy, how to manage inventory, how to manage supply risks and how to make each process more efficient.
And in our business, this is especially important - we work with goods whose value and security requirements require high professionalism in supply and logistics.

What will we trust you?
Your responsibilities will center around the entire flow of Florinus products:
Supplier → purchase conditions → order → transportation → Central warehouse → Florinus showroom / other department / customer
Your main responsibilities:
The result of your work is not the “number of orders”. We will measure your success by whether Florinus has what needs to be sold, when it needs to be sold, in the right place, at a cost-effective price, safely and without freezing excess capital in inventory.

Your main responsibilities:
- supplier management and negotiations – you will search, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate prices, Premium, discounts, MOQ, payment and delivery terms;
- optimization of purchasing terms – you will systematically compare suppliers' offers and look for the most economically advantageous solutions;
- supply planning – based on sales, balances, sales plans, promotions, seasonality and demand, you will determine what, how much, when and from whom to order;
- stock balance management – you will ensure the availability of goods, while controlling the risk of excess, slow-moving and stationary stocks;
- logistics management – you will organize the movement of goods between suppliers, the Central warehouse, showrooms, departments and customers;
- courier and logistics partner management – you will select partners, negotiate rates, SLAs, insurance, liability and other conditions and evaluate their actual results;
- logistics cost optimization – you will look for ways to reduce transportation and logistics costs without compromising delivery safety, reliability and deadlines;
- high-value goods logistics control – you will ensure appropriate transportation, insurance, traceability and security solutions for investment precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, numismatics and other high-value goods;
- supply disruption management – you will resolve situations of late, undelivered, damaged or otherwise non-conforming shipments, administer claims and initiate corrective actions.

- knows how to manage suppliers and external partners, not limited to maintaining relationships, but demanding results;
- is able to react quickly when supply does not go according to plan;
- is result-oriented and constantly looks for what can be done more efficiently, economically or safely;
- takes responsibility not only for the process, but also for the final result.
