Nature of work
Job Description:
- Assisting the Supply Manager in daily activities;
- Preparing, administering and archiving documentation (stock balances, contracts, estimates, journals, reports, etc.);
- Assisting in ordering products, materials, calculating their needs;
- Filling in electronic work journals as needed;
- Coordinating meetings, consultations and work with contractors, suppliers, customers;
- Monitoring construction project deadlines, budgets and work progress, updating information;
- Maintaining communication with various project participants;
- Other organizational and administrative work as needed.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education is an advantage. May be a student (preferably in the fields of construction, engineering, project management);
- Ability to quickly understand the structure and specifics of projects;
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, advantage – AutoCAD, project management systems);
- Responsibility, diligence, initiative;
- Sociability and ability to work in a team;
- Driver's license category B.
