Nature of work
Working with goods balances and their orders to the warehouse;
Organizing order deliveries by sea, land, rail transport;
Managing documentation of ordered goods;
Working with customs brokers and documentation;
Entering and administering data on goods cards;
Negotiations with manufacturers and transport service providers regarding the terms of goods loading;
Forming direct orders from the manufacturer;
Data analysis and maintaining appropriate KPI indicators;

Employee requirements
Experience in working with cargo from abroad (especially Asian countries) using sea, land or rail transport is desirable;
Knowledge of English, Polish or Russian (would be an advantage);
Ability to work in a team;
Good knowledge of Excel;
Work experience working with Axapta ERP program (would be an advantage);
