Nature of work
- Find, order and purchase spare parts.
- Cooperate with existing suppliers. Evaluation of supplier performance.
- Communicate with spare parts sellers, negotiate with them on delivery terms of parts, etc.
- Visit spare parts suppliers, collect goods.
- Check and control invoices issued by suppliers.
- Work with spare parts catalogs when ordering spare parts.
- Communicate and clarify with master-receivers, mechanics and other employees of the company's departments what specific parts are needed in order to ensure a smooth supply process.
- Perform order control: track delivery terms of goods, determine the quality of goods, etc.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of car, truck, bus or agricultural machinery parts (advantage)
- Good technical knowledge of vehicle structure.
- Experience working with parts catalogs
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of English (at least for technical work). Russian is an advantage.
- Category B driver's license.
