Supply Manager

Planning, organization and control of supply department processes;
Execution of orders for raw materials, materials and components according to production plans, demand forecast;
Raw material balance management, inventory monitoring, warehouse analysis;
Negotiations with existing and new suppliers, coordination of terms and contracts;
Quality assurance - compliance of raw materials with standards, resolution of discrepancies;
Cooperation with production, warehouse, accounting and development departments;
Documentation management: invoices, delivery notes, order summaries.

Similar work experience in the field of supply, procurement 1-2 years (advantage – in a manufacturing company);
Ability to plan, analyze and make decisions independently;
Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
Good computer skills (Excel, ERP MONITOR systems – an advantage);
Knowledge of English (written and oral);
Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
Quick orientation, ability to work in a dynamic environment;
