JOB CHARACTERISTICS

  • Preparation of raw material supply plan, implementation according to individual periods;
  • Control of accounting process;
  • Ensuring raw material procurement process: from supplier search to signing of contracts;
  • Creation and maintenance of cost-effective and sustainable supplier base;
  • Organization of transportation services;
  • Execution of daily tasks in ERP system according to established procurement processes;
  • Constant communication with planning, production, technical and procurement departments;
  • Assistance to direct manager (in negotiations, fulfillment of obligations, etc.);
  • Preparation and analysis of reports;
  • Daily contact with raw material suppliers.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • At least 2 years of work experience in B2B procurement or supply (timber industry - an advantage);
  • Higher education (in the fields of supply chain management, economics, engineering - an advantage);
  • Experience working with ERP systems;
  • Excellent computer literacy;
  • Knowledge of English;
  • Good work planning and organization skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, quickly absorb new information;
  • Ability to work with KPI indicators;
  • Ability to analyze and optimize procurement costs;
  • Results-oriented, ability to achieve the set goal;
  • Experience in the field of forestry, wood industry, wood processing or logistics (transport organization) would be a great advantage.
