Our client is a manufacturing company in Šiauliai. The company is strengthening its team and is inviting a Procurement Manager to join.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Inventory analysis, maintaining optimal inventory levels, working with various inventory control methods;
●Continuous cooperation with existing suppliers on purchasing conditions (quality products, meeting deadlines, payments, discounts, etc.) and comparative analysis of supplier services;
●Search for new supply channels for long-term cooperation in Europe and other regions;
●Database updating and search for new suppliers, conclusion of contracts with suppliers;
●Solving problems related to: suppliers, materials, quality, shortages and compliance;
●Recording and managing resource planning;
●Coordination of the logistics process;
●Close cooperation with the production department on approval of the necessary materials;

REQUIREMENTS:
●Higher or higher education (in the fields of engineering, technical sciences, logistics, economics or business management);
●At least 2 years of work experience in the field of procurement/supply (work experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage);
●Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
