Your daily activities at work would be:
Responsibility for uninterrupted supply of raw materials for production, including planning supply materials according to demand and monitoring warehouse balances;
Monitor and administer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered on time;
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems related to orders, returns, claims and other issues;
Planning, organizing and coordinating logistics processes, ensuring smooth movement of goods;
Maintaining existing relationships with manufacturers, forwarders, concluding contracts with them;
Searching for suppliers, conducting negotiations and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships;
Administration of purchasing and logistics, import and export documents;
Close cooperation with other departments of the company, coordinating product orders and logistics solutions;
Forming orders for customers, writing invoices;
Optimization of raw material costs and managing supply risks.

Important abilities and skills:
Higher education;
Work experience in a manufacturing company and understanding of production processes (a big advantage);
Experience working with the Rivile program (an advantage);
Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level), knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
Excellent MS Excel skills;
Demonstrate technical thinking and the ability to quickly understand technical solutions;
Be result-oriented, responsible, critical thinking and have strong communication skills.
