Supply Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Planning production requirements according to planned production plans, assemblies and BOM
• Identifying and prioritizing missing components
• Initiating component orders and tracking supply progress in collaboration with suppliers
• Collaborating with production, supply and R&D teams to resolve discrepancies and supply issues
• Improving supply and demand planning processes

The team expects from you:

• Experience working with ERP systems (NAV – an advantage)
• Good MS Excel skills and experience working with data
• Ability to analyze data, identify risks and make decisions
• Good communication skills when collaborating with different teams
• Ability to communicate well in English
• Experience working in production planning, supply teams (an advantage)

After the probationary period, an additional variable remuneration part is awarded, linked to your and the team's results, which can reach up to 10% of the quarterly remuneration.
