The company is currently inviting a supply manager to join the team, who would contribute to the smooth movement of goods, cooperation with suppliers and long-term value creation for customers. Place of work - Vytenio g. 61A, Vilnius.
The company is currently inviting a supply manager to join the team, who would contribute to the smooth movement of goods, cooperation with suppliers and long-term value creation for customers. Place of work - Vytenio g. 61A, Vilnius.
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- You will ensure the maintenance of stock levels and form orders for suppliers in Germany and Poland.
- You will coordinate the delivery of goods to warehouses and communicate with suppliers on terms, quantities, prices and other current issues.
- You will administer managers' requests for product availability, quantities and delivery terms.
- You will manage supply documents, invoices and related data in the system.
- You will cooperate with the warehouse in resolving discrepancies, complaints and other supply issues.
- You will contribute to assortment, supplier and pricing issues.
- You will work with the stock planning tool integrated in the Business Central / Dynamics system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management or similar field.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and quickly select what is important.
- Systematic, thorough and responsible.
- Understanding of basic accounting documents.
- Experience with Business Central / Dynamics or other ERP / inventory management systems is an advantage.
