About us
EKSMA Optics manufactures precision optics and laser components that travel to scientific laboratories and industrial companies all over the world – from research centers to medical diagnostics manufacturers. We are part of the Vilnius Laser and Photonics Technology Cluster.
Our customers work in areas where precision and speed count every day – in defense, medicine, and research centers. Therefore, production cannot stop. The supply chain must work like a clock, and you would be the person who ensures this.

What do you do every day?
- Manage order fulfillment and supplier obligations, control OTD and lead time
- Create orders for suppliers, follow deadlines and manage disruptions
- Monitor warehouse balances and collaborate with the production team to plan needs
- Analyze supply data and initiate process efficiency
- Seek alternative suppliers or solutions when the situation requires it
What are we hoping for
- Experience in supply, purchasing or logistics (from 1 year) would be an advantage, but most importantly - a desire to learn quickly
- Experience with OTD, lead time or other supply KPIs would be an advantage
- English B1+ — sufficient to communicate with international suppliers in writing and orally
- Good MS Excel skills and ability to work with data
- Analytical thinking, responsibility and independence in planning work
- Advantage: education in physics, engineering or technology
