Nature of work
- Maintenance of the spare parts warehouse, control and maintenance of balances according to the min/max principle, participation in inventories.
- Timely supply of spare parts for goods and equipment necessary for the company's economic activities as needed.
- Cooperation with the technical manager in the implementation of technical projects - determining the quantities of necessary parts, searching for supply options and coordinating orders.
- Supplying non-standard technical projects with materials and components.
- Close cooperation with internal customers in order to properly clarify the purchase need and implement it.
- Search, evaluation and database formation of suppliers, execution of purchase orders.
- Preparation of purchase documents and timely delivery of invoices to accounting.
- Urgent purchase and delivery of necessary goods to the company according to individual needs.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education;
- Technical knowledge of production equipment;
- Important personal qualities: responsibility, organization, engineering thinking;
- Good knowledge of English, Russian;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Category B driver's license.
