🎯 What will you do?
- Plan and execute purchases, taking into account demand forecasts, budget and project deadlines, administer orders in the ERP system.
- Coordinate suppliers - prepare draft contracts, coordinate them with the manager and ensure that deliveries meet the agreed quality, configuration, packaging and deadline requirements.
- Organize transportation, assess its conditions and costs, resolve delays, customs and document discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory balances and initiate replenishment orders to ensure that the necessary goods are not in short supply, participate in inventory counts.
- Check supplier invoices and accounting documents, ensure that ERP data accurately reflects inventories and financial obligations.
- Manage GPAIS and Intrastat accounting, coordinate information and documentation necessary for customs.
- Propose supply improvements – from adjustments to the range of purchased products to more cost-effective logistics solutions.
💼 We hope you:
- You have a university or higher education, understand business processes and know the basics of project management.
- You are able to systematize and analyze information, have experience in communication, conflict resolution and decision-making.
- You use English at a working level - you can correspond and discuss supply issues.
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing, which will be needed for daily work with colleagues, suppliers and institutions.
- You work well with a computer and quickly learn to use new programs.
- You plan work independently, carefully check data, take responsibility for agreements, inform about obstacles in a timely manner and seek solutions together with colleagues.
- You seek to learn and apply the acquired knowledge at work.
- You have a category B driver's license.
