Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the maintenance of stock in warehouses and place orders for suppliers;
- Coordinate the delivery of goods to warehouses and communicate with suppliers regarding deadlines, quantities and other current issues;
- Ensure receipt of invoices, certificates and other supply documents and compliance with purchase orders;
- Cooperate with other departments in resolving discrepancies, complaints and other supply issues;
- Administer inquiries regarding product availability, quantities and delivery times and enter data into the ERP system.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company - in the field of supply, inventory management or similar;
- Higher university education or equivalent (preferably in the field of engineering);
- Excellent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Ability to work independently, work planning skills, attentiveness and thoroughness.
