▪ organization and control of construction material purchases/supply (formation of requests and orders to suppliers) for objects throughout Lithuania;
▪ search for construction equipment rental for objects throughout Lithuania;
▪ communication with suppliers of goods on ordering goods and other related issues, price coordination;
▪ communication with service providers on providing services and other related issues, price coordination;
▪ communication with other departments on supplying goods/providing services;
▪ coordination and control of delivery of goods from suppliers and provision of services;
▪ continuous improvement of the supply process;
▪ monitoring and control of the demand for materials and services, proper registration of orders placed.
