Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory in the warehouse, plan the movement of goods in production and ensure that all goods are ready for delivery on time;
- organize the supply of goods both within the company and from external suppliers;
- communicate with suppliers, check and approve orders and submit documents for collection;
- carry out quality control of goods and solve problems that arise;
- create and administer goods cards and manage goods accounting;
- provide operational information about delivery terms and quantities of goods.
We believe that you would do best in this position if:
- Have similar work experience in the field of supply management;
- Be able to work with business management systems (good skills in using the NAV system would be an advantage);
- Are a skilled Microsoft Excel user;
- Be able to systematize a large flow of information and prioritize work;
- Have experience working with external suppliers.
