TikTok Shop Account Administrator

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist who will take full responsibility for channel development: from managing the product catalog and opening new markets to implementing sales growth strategies. An integral part of the position is the use of advanced artificial intelligence tools to create sales-driving content and visual communication.

Account management and sales growth
–Daily maintenance of TikTok Shop account: product catalog, pricing, promotions
–Creation and execution of sales promotion strategies (TikTok Ads, partnerships, campaigns)
–Monitoring of account performance indicators (CTR, conversion, ROAS) and optimization
–Interaction with TikTok algorithms – trend tracking, hashtag strategy, upload schedules

Product and market development
–Uploading new products, optimizing descriptions and preparing visual materials
–Opening new TikTok Shop markets: registration, compliance, localization
–Expanding the existing product portfolio – identifying and launching new SKUs for the TikTok Shop channel
–Analysis of the competitive environment and tracking market trends

AI content and visual communication
–Creating sales-promoting text, descriptions and promotional messages using AI tools
–Product visuals generation and editing of material (photos, short video clips)
–Preparation of video scripts and content plans adapted to the TikTok format
–Integration of AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) into daily work processes

Practical skills in using AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar)
Ability to prepare or coordinate visual content: product photos, short videos
Strong analytical mindset – ability to read data and make decisions based on metrics
Independence, initiative and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
