HEAD OF NETWORK DATA MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

We are currently looking for a Head of the Network Data Management Department, who would be responsible for the management and quality of the electricity and natural gas distribution network data across the organization and the effective organization of the Network Operation Service. We expect a strong leader who is able to shape the direction of engineering information management, ensure the reliability of data and its value in decision-making, and effectively lead the team in a complex, regulated environment.

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By forming and implementing a unified network data and engineering information management policy and strategy, ensuring its application in the organization;
• Ensuring the accuracy, quality, integrity and timely updating of data on the distribution electricity and natural gas networks in all related systems;
• Initiating and implementing advanced digital solutions and developing processes for collecting, managing and using network data;
• Coordinating engineering information management - from network diagrams, topographic data and asset registration to the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation;
• Ensuring the effective management of technical documentation, data provision and legal processes related to network infrastructure (easements, protection zones, etc.);
• Organizing OPEX budget planning, justification, defense in the NERT and ensuring budget execution monitoring and financial deviation management;
• Ensuring the preparation, updating and justification of multi-annual and annual network inspection, defect and repair plans;
• Coordinating service-level risk management, ensuring timely data collection, analysis and decision implementation.

• Higher university education (in the field of energy, engineering, information technology);
• At least 5 years of management experience and work experience in an energy company;
• Knowledge of the energy sector, Lithuanian legislation and regulatory environment;
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems;
• Knowledge of engineering infrastructure and network data management principles;
• Competencies in planning, organizing and managing activities;
• Result orientation, proactivity, communication skills, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 6,550 to EUR 9,830 (excluding tax). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
