Nature of work
- You will carry out short-term and long-term strategy formation for the development of heat supply networks (DHW development program), analysis of network expansion directions and energy infrastructure, assessment of prospective heat consumers and formation of technical conditions for connection to the centralized heat supply network;
- You will carry out short-term and long-term strategy formation for the renewal of heat supply networks (DHW reconstruction program), analysis of network reconstructions;
- You will analyze the stages of construction of heat supply networks: new construction, reconstruction and design stages, organize the conclusion of investment, connection, reconstruction and construction of structures in the protection zone of heat networks and control the progress;
- You will form team goals and objectives, and make the team's work more efficient.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in the fields of engineering or heat energy;
- Knowledge of the activities of a centralized heating network (technology, legislation);
- Experience in the field of construction, planning, project management and coordination;
- Successful work experience in an energy company, and experience in leading a team;
- Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking;
- Category B driver's license.
