Network Development Project Manager

Tele2 is looking for a Network Development Project Manager who will be responsible for the installation of new mobile communication stations and the coordination of network development projects. There is a lot of action with us - it will not be boring!

We hope that you will be interested in:

• search for objects (plots, buildings, structures, etc.) and negotiate with the owners for a lease for the construction of a new station;
• take care of the preparation and signing of contracts;
• order design work;
• coordinate the project with all parties: the owner, radio planner, transmission engineer, electrical section manager and other operators;
• organize a construction work tender, order construction work.

To be successful, you will need:

• internal motivation and perseverance in finding a solution that best meets the needs of Tele2 and the property owner;
• excellent negotiation skills and communication skills;
• diligence and attention to detail;
• ability to independently manage several projects at the same time - from the search for an object to its implementation;
• ability to plan your time;
• driver's license (a company car is provided for the position);
• good computer skills;
• excellent Lithuanian and English language skills, Russian is an advantage;
• experience in the construction or real estate sector;
• knowledge of STR (technical construction regulations) is an advantage.

Base salary from 3000 EUR to 3500 EUR before taxes (salary will be discussed with you and will depend on the knowledge and skills).
