WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will be responsible for the following base station maintenance functions:

• Troubleshooting of mobile network communication tower equipment, including 2G, 4G, 5G transmission, data transmission, power supply equipment
• Working at height:
• Troubleshooting and installation inspection, measurements of quality equipment parameters
• Installation and replacement of active radio network, transmission and data transmission equipment and antennas
• cable connection work (optics, power supply, coaxial)
• Work with communication tower power supply system equipment:
• installation of power supply equipment and replacement of existing equipment
• maintenance and replacement of backup power supply equipment batteries
• Installation and integration of communication tower equipment into the network
• Backup electricity generation work at base stations in the event of an ESO power outage introduction

If necessary, you will perform work throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, depending on the scope of work, while traveling on business trips.

Taking into account the uninterrupted operation of network services, the performance of work also includes work outside working hours, counting overtime.

Shift duty outside working hours 24/7 according to an agreed schedule, ready to travel to the communication towers of the served region (in some cases, to the entire country).

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Appropriate high-altitude work certificate and experience in this field
• Technical education
• Knowledge in the field of telecommunications, electronics or information technology and experience in working with electrical equipment - an advantage
• Technical knowledge of English
• Good driving skills
• Necessary qualities for working in the communication tower maintenance team - responsibility, sociability, teamwork, friendliness and curiosity.

Salary for this position 2300 - 2500 EUR/month (excluding taxes)
