NETWORK MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER(S)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Network Management team. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of the distribution network. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Organizing and ensuring effective operational management of the electricity network;
• Organizing and ensuring the maintenance of an optimal distribution network scheme;
• Organizing, planning and ensuring effective team activities;
• Organizing and coordinating the elimination of failures in the electricity network during emergency situations;
• Continuously improving and perfecting the department's business processes;
• Applying and implementing innovations in operational management activities.

Requirements

• Higher university or higher non-university education in the field of electrical engineering;
• Knowledge of operational management and operation of the distribution network;
• Knowledge of relevant legal acts;
• At least 1 year of management experience;
• Experience in the energy sector;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of LEAN principles.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,430 to EUR 5,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
