- You will administer the activities of the pharmacy network, coordinate services and resolve daily operational issues, including customer complaints, thanks, and various complex situations.
- You will plan the work of mobile pharmacists, create schedules and organize employee replacement.
- You will coordinate the provision of vaccination services, cooperate with business clients and ensure smooth organization of the service.
- You will analyze and optimize operational processes, initiate changes and contribute to increasing operational efficiency.
- You will organize and conduct internal training, help employees master new processes and operational changes.
