- You will consult colleagues on pharmacy operations and help resolve complex customer situations and complaints, in order to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
- You will coordinate vaccination services - from effective planning to billing and distribution of motivational bonuses.
- You will cooperate with different departments to ensure that all services provided in pharmacies are carried out smoothly and with high quality.
- You will analyze administrative processes, initiate and implement value-creating changes.
- You will contribute to the organization of work - coordinate replacements, organize trainings that strengthen team knowledge and cooperation.

- You have a higher education in pharmacy, trade process management or related fields.
- You have very good computer literacy skills (MS Office - advanced Excel knowledge).
- You speak and write in English.
