Nature of work
- to form and implement good practices in network integrity management, to prepare plans, procedures and processes that meet international standards and to ensure control over their implementation;
- to plan the activities of the unit: to set short-term and long-term goals, to monitor the progress and results of their implementation;
- to develop and implement a network integrity management strategy, ensuring long-term reliability and safety of the infrastructure;
- to coordinate the processes of operation of risk-based assets of the transmission system, ensuring timely identification of the need for technical maintenance and (or) repair;
- to organize pipeline diagnostic studies, analyze data and make decisions that would ensure safe and efficient operation of the transmission system;
- to continuously improve network integrity management processes: to analyze performance indicators, initiate changes and ensure their implementation;
- to form a strong, engaged team, to promote professional growth and strengthening of competencies of team members.
Employee requirements
- you have a higher university education (in the field of engineering, technology, physical sciences would be an advantage);
- you have work experience in the field of engineering;
- you have experience in management work (in projects, functional / direct management, etc.);
- you have experience in business development, change implementation;
- you are able to think strategically, quickly make and implement decisions, you are entrepreneurial and oriented towards internal and external customers;
- you are characterized by analytical thinking, the ability to systematize and summarize information, manage information flows;
- you have good Lithuanian and English language skills;
- you are close to leadership, the ability to inspire, develop, mobilize and motivate a team to achieve common goals and implement changes, you are results-oriented.

Salary:
Monthly salary 3600 - 4000 EUR (excluding taxes) and financial incentives (additional remuneration, taking into account the company's and individual performance results). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to independently achieve results.
