You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Organizing the activities of the network development team, coordinating the assurance of results, managing the preparation of connection conditions for electricity consumers, producers and gas consumers and related connection service processes;
• Increasing the efficiency of network development technical solution processes, identifying improvement opportunities and initiating changes that create value for customers and the organization;
• Searching for new electricity and gas network development opportunities, connection technical solutions and operating models;
• By seeking innovative, automation, digitalization and data-driven solutions and aiming to improve customer experience, performance indicators and process quality;
• By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth implementation of strategic initiatives and projects;
• By developing, motivating and empowering the team, creating a culture of openness, initiative, continuous improvement and collaboration.

• Higher university education in energy, electrical engineering, engineering, technology, business administration or another related field;
• Experience in team management or project, process, operational efficiency and change management;
• Ability to identify and implement solutions for improving, standardizing, automating and digitizing business processes, making data-based decisions;
• Ability to manage complex situations, reconcile different interests and priorities and communicate effectively to audiences at various levels;
• Leadership and ability to rally a team for a common goal, creating a work culture based on cooperation and trust;
• Creativity, curiosity and orientation towards continuous improvement, ability to initiate and implement changes;
• Interest in technological innovations, artificial intelligence, automation and robotics, good skills in work planning, prioritization and working with MS Office tools.

Advantages:

• Experience using data analysis, process management or automation tools;
• Knowledge of electricity and/or gas network planning, development or connection processes;
• Experience in implementing operational efficiency, LEAN, process management, automation or digitalization initiatives;

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 2,770 to 4,150 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
