You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Organizing the activities of the network development engineering team, ensuring high-quality and timely preparation of technical solutions for connecting electricity consumers and producers;
• Ensuring the quality of adopted technical solutions, uniform engineering practices, compliance with technical requirements, and efficient use of available network capacities;
• Solving complex and non-standard cases of connecting electricity networks, consulting the team and making engineering decisions;
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to find the most optimal technical solutions for customers and the organization;
• Contributing to the development of electrical networks, the application of new technological solutions and the strengthening of engineering competence in the organization;
• Developing, motivating and empowering the team, promoting professional growth, knowledge sharing, responsibility and a culture of cooperation.

The fixed salary range for the position group is 2770 to 4150 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
