We only see a few minutes on TV: the lottery balls are rolled out, the numbers are announced, the game is over. And what has to happen before then?
Behind each lottery game - Telelotto, Eurojackpot, Vikinglotto, Keno Lotto, Jėga - there are precisely tuned processes, teams, technologies, procedures and solutions that the viewer does not see.
We are looking for a Lottery Manager - a person who will help ensure that this entire process behind the scenes takes place accurately and on time. For the viewer - a few minutes on the air. For you - the entire process so that those minutes happen smoothly.

What are you going to do:
- You will ensure that the operational processes of lottery games run accurately, on time and smoothly every day - from preparation to the announcement of results.
- You will coordinate the entire behind-the-scenes process: teams, partners, procedures, deadlines and actions in unexpected situations.
- You will work together with TV show producers, presenters and technical teams to ensure that everything on screen goes exactly as planned.
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of new studio games and other lottery solutions.
- You will monitor the quality of processes, notice risks and inconsistencies and look for ways to make processes even more reliable, secure and efficient. You will coordinate daily and periodic lottery processes.
What to expect:
- Experience in operational activities is a must for this position.
- Logical thinking and a strong process approach.
- High responsibility, diligence and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage several processes simultaneously, react quickly and make decisions in non-standard situations.
- Experience in project, event or TV production is an advantage.

You like processes to run accurately, on time, and without errors. You are able to stay calm even when several things are happening at once, you notice the details, but at the same time see the whole process. You are not afraid of responsibility, you like working with people, and you naturally start coordinating a situation when you need everyone to move in the same direction.
