Nature of work:
- Analyze the company's processes, identify their improvement opportunities and maintain the relevance of the process map.
- Prepare, update and maintain process documentation (procedures, descriptions, instructions).
- Coordinate process improvement initiatives and internal projects, monitor their implementation and results.
- Organize process reviews, assess operational risks and provide suggestions for increasing operational efficiency.
- Mobilize and coordinate process improvement teams, ensure cooperation between departments.
- Contribute to strengthening the culture of continuous improvement in the company.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (in management, business, quality management or a related field).
- You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience in the field of process management, analysis or improvement.
- You are able to model processes and prepare process diagrams (BPMN knowledge is an advantage).
- You have experience working with process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio or similar).
- You have practical experience in applying LEAN or other performance improvement methodologies.
- You have experience in project or change management.
- You are able to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and substantiate proposed solutions.
