Conducting and selecting long-haul drivers;
Planning of drivers' work terms in Western Europe;
Planning of driver changes in Western Europe;
Coordination, supervision and evaluation of the implementation of the goals set for drivers.
Planning and controlling the work of long-haul drivers;

Work experience in the position of long-distance driver work planning manager (experience with road hauliers is an advantage);
Good knowledge of Russian;
Quick reaction in solving problems;
Ability to work in a team.
