We are looking for a sociable and ambitious beauty ambassador to join our cool team and inspire customers to discover the exceptional world of beauty!
In this position you:
- You will have to implement sales targets and ensure results in perfumery stores in the Baltics;
- You will plan and organize events, coordinate their implementation and progress;
- You will actively represent the Tom Ford brand at events and strengthen its visibility;
- You will grow sales through strong product presentations, professional sales techniques and excellent brand knowledge;
- You will collaborate with the Training Department, regional sales managers, store managers and maintain team engagement
- You ensure the highest level of customer experience, correct brand presentation and visual execution (VM)
- You prepare reports on sales and promotion / event results;
- You will travel to events in Kaunas and Klaipėda and occasionally Latvia and Estonia.
This could be your career opportunity if you:
- Have work experience as a makeup artist or have completed courses (can be self-taught);
- Have experience in retail with cosmetics or luxury goods (an advantage);
- Are interested in skin care, cosmetics and are interested in innovations and trends in these areas;
- Distinguish yourself with excellent communication skills and the ability to establish a relationship with customers;
- Have good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Are a responsible, independent and result-oriented personality;
- Distinguish yourself with activity and motivation to achieve more!
