We are looking for an energetic and responsible Sales Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the sales process. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the department and monitoring the execution of team tasks.
Your main responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of sales channel reports;
- Administration of promotions and discounts;
- Calculation and administration of compensations;
- Active cooperation with sales channel managers and executives;
- Supervision of B2B customer orders;
- Continuous improvement of work processes and increasing efficiency;
- Write-offs, submission of product data to the sales team.

- Excellent skills in working with MS Office (especially Excel);
- Quick learning and willingness to master new programs (D365, Qlik Sense, AFS);
