About the position:

We are looking for a charismatic and results-oriented Traditional Market Systemic Client Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with our key clients – retail chains. You will be the main link between our company and our key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial cooperation.

You will be entrusted with:

  • Setting goals for the team and supervising their implementation;
  • Setting pricing guidelines;
  • Team development;
  • Forming and approving the promotional strategy and calendar, ensuring investment efficiency;
  • Conducting and successfully completing strategic negotiations with key customers (retail chains);
  • Coordinating the introduction of new products to the market and supervising the distribution efficiency of the existing product basket;
  • Analyzing market trends and providing strategic insights to management;
  • Continuous improvement of the implementation process in coordination with other departments.

Skills required for successful selection:

  • Higher education (in business administration, economics or a related field);
  • Excellent negotiation skills and persuasive communication style;
  • Experience in sales, working with large retail chains in Lithuania;
  • Exceptional analytical skills and skills in working with sales indicators;
  • Strategic thinking and ability to make decisions in complex situations;
  • Team leadership and ability to "grow" people.
