You will be entrusted with:
- negotiations with important customers;
- maintenance and development of relationships with important customers (retail chains), coordination and signing of contracts;
- introduction of new products and analysis and promotion of sales of existing products;
- planning and tracking of sales volumes and budgets;
- communication of agreements to the team and monitoring of implementation.
Skills required for successful selection:
- higher education;
- very good negotiation and communication skills;
- experience in sales with retail chains in Lithuania;
- good analytical skills, skills in calculating sales indicators;
- organization, independence, responsibility.
