- Deliver training based on approved Transport Manager training programs, as well as other internal training programs administered by the Training Center.
- Ensure high-quality and accurate delivery of training materials to participating Transport Managers, in line with the latest versions, updates, and revisions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Transport Managers’ theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and training methodologies, including the preparation and updating of training programs.
- Train and assess both newly hired and existing Transport Managers.
What we expect from you?
- Higher education (university degree) or higher non-university education.
- At least 3 years of experience related to road transportation and/or training of Transport Managers or drivers.
- Strong knowledge of international regulations governing cross-border freight transportation, drivers’ work and rest time requirements, and eco-driving principles.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word), as well as experience with Axapta, SAP, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Fluent English and Russian language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).
