Transformation Project Group Leader

We are looking for a colleague who:

• would plan, organize and coordinate the group's activities;
• ensure effective and high-quality management of the development cycle of the Electronic Health (ESPBI) system and its components;
• coordinate the implementation of ESPBI modernization projects;
• supervise and monitor ESPBI's compliance with the company's infrastructure and information systems development principles;
• contribute to the development and implementation of ESPBI systems development strategy and development plans;
• cooperate with other departments, business process and service managers in analyzing, evaluating and implementing the best solutions and consulting company employees or other interested parties on issues in the supervised area.

In this position, we value:

• higher university education or equivalent;
• experience in leading a department or project group;
• at least 2 years of work experience in the field of system development or design and organization of these works;
• experience in adopting and evaluating architectural and technological solutions for information systems, ensuring system integrity, performance, security and development;
• ability to effectively cooperate with a team of programmers, IT analysts and technical managers, forming a technical development direction, applying modern software development practices and ensuring compliance with technical quality standards;
• knowledge of information technology management standards (Agile methodologies), good practices and at least 2 years of experience in their practical application;
• good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA tools;
• ability to fluently and correctly present thoughts in Lithuanian (written and oral), English language proficiency - B1 level;
• compliance with the requirements set out in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
• organization, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

Salary:

• 3,806 - 5,708 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
