We are looking for a Transformation Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and implementing organizational transformation initiatives. In this role, you will lead service centralization and activity transfer projects, identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency, prepare business cases for changes, and ensure that the implemented changes create long-term value for the organization

We are looking for a Transformation Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and implementing organizational transformation initiatives. In this role, you will lead service centralization and activity transfer projects, identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency, prepare business cases for changes, and ensure that the implemented changes create long-term value for the organization
Main responsibilities:
- Lead organizational transformation, service centralization and transfer, and other activity change projects from idea to results
- Plan, coordinate, and control project implementation, ensuring achievement of goals, deadlines, quality, and expected benefits
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations, ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication, and address challenges arising during project implementation
- Analyze the organization's operations, service delivery model, and processes, identify opportunities for service centralization, standardization, transfer, and increased operational efficiency
- Prepare business cases for transformation, service centralization, transfer, and other activity change initiatives, assess their benefits, costs, risks, and impact on the organization, and provide recommendations for solutions for admission
- Monitor the results of transformation, service centralization and relocation initiatives, prepare progress and benefit realization reports and provide recommendations to management for further operational efficiency
What do we expect?
- Higher education in business management, economics, project management, IT or a related field
- Successful work experience in managing complex projects, transformation initiatives or organizational changes
- Knowledge of project management methods and principles and practical experience in their application
- Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders and implementing organizational changes
- Experience in process optimization, activity centralization, relocation (migration) or business model transformation.
- Ability to analyze business processes, service delivery models and organizational structures, identify opportunities for increasing efficiency and prepare solutions for their implementation
- Experience in preparing business cases, performing benefit, cost, risk and impact assessments and providing recommendations for decision-making
- Strong project planning, organization, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently initiate and implement changes and make decisions under conditions of uncertainty
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English
- Project management certificates (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or others) would be an advantage
