Monthly salary: €3,810.00 - €5,710.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Initiate organizational development and transformation projects in order to increase the efficiency of the organization's activities
- Prepare a plan for organizational development and transformation measures
- Organize the implementation of the measures provided for in the plan
- Form cross-functional transformation project implementation teams
- Ensure the management of transformation projects (coordination of the activities of project team members, cooperation, organization of meetings with related parties) and implementation
- Identify risks of ongoing projects and manage them
- Prepare documents to increase operational efficiency, coordinate their implementation
- Represent the interests of AB "LTG Infra" in LTG and international organizations
- Provide reports on projects and initiatives and the benefits they generate
What do we expect?
- Higher education (preferably in the field of management/economics/finance)
- Work experience in the field of organizational development (initiation of organizational transformation)
- Key performance indicators knowledge of planning, personnel management, LEAN tools and their principles
- Practical experience in analyzing, developing and optimizing organizational activities in large companies
- Experience in implementing quality standards and systems, standardizing organizational processes
- Excellent information preparation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, creativity, customer orientation
- Teamwork skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluent Lithuanian, good command of English
