Job responsibilieties:
- Planning, monitoring, and coordinating drivers’ work;
- Route planning;
- Communicating with clients and organizing transportation of partial and full truckloads;
- Document administration;
- Working with the Loctracker system;
- Solving day-to-day operational issues.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in the transport/logistics sector;
- Good English skills (both spoken and written) and Russian skills (spoken);
- Determination, confidence, and motivation to work for a company with more than 20 years of experience;
- Strong drive to achieve results and the ability to handle stressful situations.
