Transport manager (with Business Trips to the Netherlands)

Driver Team Management:
Task allocation, monitoring trip execution, and promptly resolving issues arising during transportation.

Compliance with Standards:
Strict control of compliance with European transport regulations and safety standards.

Process Optimization:
Monitoring deliveries, conducting in-depth cost and route analysis, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities without compromising quality.

Documentation Management:
Accurate and timely maintenance and updating of all necessary transport documentation in the system (orders, reports, route sheets, etc.).

Strategic Development:
Evaluating department performance, developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve logistics processes.

Experience:
Proven experience in the transport or logistics field of at least 2 years.

Languages:
Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

Skills:
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective interactions.
Experience working successfully with drivers.
Ability to make quick and confident decisions in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to overall results.

Work Location:
Format 1 – modern office in Vilnius (Lithuania).
Format 2 – modern office in Zeewolde (Netherlands). (Flexible schedule: ~6 months in the Netherlands and 6 months remote/from home or office in Lithuania – can be combined)

Business Trips:
Regular trips to Zeewolde (Netherlands) for operative management and control.

Travel Support:
Flight expenses covered.
