Job Description
Unlimited Carrier, a US-based company, is looking to hire a Transport Safety Coordinator to join a friendly and professional Safety team for a full-time position. This position is an amazing kick-start for people who are eager to learn about transportation business and are ready for an Unlimited personal and professional growth! In case of successful application, you will be:
- Working with approximately 60-70 drivers, who you will get to know on a name-basis;
- Retrieving information from the driving staff;
- Monitoring Drivers' Qualification Files (Driver's Licenses, Medical Documents etc.)
- Employment verifications for new drivers;
- Administering weekly duties;
- Driver terminations;
- Monitoring Hours-of-Service (full training on the topic provided).
Employee requirements
- English level of B2 or higher - will be tested during the interview
- Proficient MS office knowledge (Excel, Word and Outlook);
- Friendly, patient and communicative;
- Ability to think logically and make quick decisions.
- Experience in a call center, call handling would be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience related to transportation in the United States market would be considered a strong advantage.
- Multitasking, flexibility;
- Being able to work on the American Central time (17:00 – 01:00 Lithuanian Time).
